Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Automatedcloudsys training enrollments confirmed in a written invoice or enrollment letter. Website pricing is informational only; no checkout occurs on this site.

2. Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and you have not received downloadable curriculum packs beyond the syllabus preview.

3. Partial refunds

Cancellations received 7–13 days before the start date may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, unless a different schedule is stated in your enrollment letter. After the cohort begins, tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by mandatory law or as stated below.

4. Non-refundable items

Travel booked independently, third-party exam fees, custom anonymization work already performed for an Assurance Atelier engagement, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@automatedcloudsys.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. You may also call +82-8-929-6250. We confirm receipt within three business days.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval. Funds return via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you designate in writing.

7. Cancellation by Automatedcloudsys

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for incidental travel costs unless required by law.

8. Exceptions

Documented serious illness, bereavement, or government-imposed travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill credits or deferrals at our discretion when notice is given promptly. Consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available.
